We found him there, in an alley behind Irving Street.

It must've been one hell of a fight, but Pirate Scooby died a champion. Could the Hair Bear Bunch be to blame? Don't they normally roam the streets of Northeast and nearby Prince Georges County? Sigmund and his posse of Sea Monsters, perhaps?

Whoever the guilty party, I dearly hope Scrappy doesn't ascend the throne now. The world just isn't ready.
